We require brands to send the products to content creators within 48 hours after they have been approved, and the creators must submit videos within five days. The problem was that we had a very cumbersome tracking process that saw our team, the creators, and the business clients all track the same products but in an uncoordinated way."

The inefficiencies of Billo's tracking process affected the creators, some of whom had no way of knowing if a delivery was made and could not meet the project's deadline. Clients could not tolerate the delays arising from this. What followed was increased negative reviews about Billo and their service on major review platforms, including Trustpilot.
