LimePack was started in 2016 after a team of Danish entrepreneurs was awakened to the struggle that small European businesses had difficulty accessing to-go packaging at sustainable quantities. With most packaging manufacturers located in Asia and requiring an MOQ of 50,000, it made it near impossible for SMBs to invest in this branding channel and remain profitable. Moreover, the wait time of up to 16 weeks was too long.

These pioneering entrepreneurs made it their mission to develop an online platform where small businesses could order to-go packaging in flexible quantities. They created LimePack, which offered an intuitive design feature where businesses could upload their illustrations or get free design support to ensure they create the perfect packaging for their ventures. LimePack’s team only needed to import the CSV file with shipment details into TrackingMore daily and know the status of each shipment that a customer was expecting.

Furthermore, an easy-to-integrate tracking API with excellent uptime of 99.90% allowed LimePack’s internal labor resources to be freed from patching carriers’ APIs one by one. With this, the LimePack team could focus on other areas of their business that enhance the customer experience.

Branded tracking experience through personalized emails

TrackingMore’s email notifications feature allowed LimePack to send highly personalized emails that helped boost customer engagement with the brand. This feature allowed LimePack to personalize every stage of the delivery experience from order placement to delivery.

Thanks to TrackingMore’s customizable email flows, LimePack could send shipment notifications to customers based on a more robust trigger list. The brand noticed a significant improvement in customer engagement, as evidenced by a 25% spike in email CTR.
