Multilingual API Call

Note: below contents only apply to couriers supporting multilingual API call.

API Call

1.If a user has not submitted a language parameter when creating trackings, then by default, the response data will be shown as English or Chinese.

2.To make the response data shown as the language you prefer, you must submit corresponding language parameter when creating trackings.

(1) Get tracking results of multiple trackings.

(2) Create a tracking.

Front-end Display

1.When tracking a package at the front-end, response data will be shown as the language you choose, which only applies to when a courier supports multilingual API call. Otherwise, response data will be shown as English or Chinese.

Eg. If you are currently located at the English version, the response data would be English.

Back-end Display

1.When tracking a package at the back-end, response data will be shown as the language you choose, which only applies to when a courier supports multilingual API call. Otherwise, response data will be shown as English or Chinese.

Eg.: If you are currently located at the English version, the response data would be English.

Webhook Push Notifications

1.Webhook push data will be shown as the language you use to add shipments at the back-end. When tracking a package at the back-end, response data will be shown as the language you use to add that package, which only applies to when a courier supports multilingual API call. Otherwise, response data will be shown as English or Chinese.

Eg.: If the language you currently use to create trackings is English, then response data would be shown as English.
