One of my shipment is on hol. I track it it say "To continue the package delivery, the customer needs to update their delivery address details." I login on the aramex and see there is no shipment for me . So i tracjk with the consigemnt number. and I dont know where I can update my address. I did not get any call from aramex or email from them . I really dont know hwat I need to do?

Im in awe of their service!! It was super fast and efficient! It really came fast to SA. I ordered my parcel from Shein on the 15th and got it today(23rd nov) 3 sets of shoes and I didn’t pay any customs!!!!!! Totally amazing! After reading so many bad reviews about them. Im super impressed!! NO ITEMS WERE MISSING EITHER

A DVD from Amazon, ordered and paid for a few months back was delayed at Jnb customs and the staff at Aramex were useless and unhelpful. It sat there for a week. However, we all need a break and this time, my DVD arrived from the US before the due date even though the sender had (again) described it as "mechanical parts" - happy days. Somehow it came through and I give full credit to Aramex for this one.

I can only say good things about Aramex. I have sent many parcels from Durban to Johannesburg and they have always arrived at the recipients door within 12 hours. I have always been able to track my parcels with no problem. I would definitely use them for future deliveries.

My package should be arriving on January 20th but guess what I got the package on December 31 which I didn\'t expect. So great job on handling my package so well and delivering it so early. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Colin the South Wairarapa courier is always friendly and never short of a smile and a chat. He works very hard but you would never know if he was rushed.
