I just received worse service to date regarding the delivery of my parcel by Buffalo logistic. I have been expecting my delivery since the beginning of August and until now, it is not yet delivered. Apparently it was scheduled to be delivered with Fastway and it was returned to Buffalo logistic last week and I was promised that it will be delivered on Friday last week. Until today it is not yet delivered, when I enquire, they can`t see it on the system. I don`t know what happened to the parcel, no one can trace it where it is.

They did not leave my parcel at home because they found my younger brother and said he was too young to sign... I request that my parcel be delivered in Long Market Post Pietermaritzburg, I will collect it from there myself.

There is no service from these couriers, I doubt they are actually operational. The few people who have received their parcel, do we know if these are even real people?

i keep on sending messages via the whatsapp they show online but just ignore me

I received my 2nd shipment from Shein via Buffalo right on time before the estimated delivery date , for that i say thumps up

Everything went smooth. 9days in transit and received my package in good condition with no complications. Did have to pay import tax but that is understandable and it was super easy to do

After reading all the negative reviews I was concerned that my Shein parcel would not arrive. BUT I am really satisfied with service rendered by Buffalo. Up to date tracking was provided and prompt response to e-mails. The estimated delivery date was 4 April 2021and I received my parcel on 16 March 2021. Thank you!

I had an order from China, I received an email from Buffalo on Tuesday and on Thursday I got my parcel. I absolutely have nothing to complain about, quickest delivery I have ever received.

There seems to be a holdup at rsa customs where my parcel was detained for almost 2weeks. It is not because of Buffalo\'s delivery service, we all know what to expect from South Africa\'s departments.
