Tracking was Good and Canada Post delivered a Day early. Great Service on my last 2 Deliveries

The courier knocked on my door and left the basket package. Discretely behind a bush beside my door out of sight from the street. I have not found any other delivery company to do this for me. These days they don't knock on the door and they just leave your package against your door in full view of the street so they can take a photograph proving delivery. Thank you Canada post for conscientious service!
I mailed a letter to USA recently. It arrived after 7 days. However, it was returned back after that. I called the support and finally got the mail in one month. The problem was a typo on the address when the staff typed in the system. And I was asked to sign for conformation for the mail content, not the receiver's address. And the label was put over the address on the envelop. No one can check the address. This can be avoid if they asked me to check the address on the printed label, or put the label on the other side which should keep the original address visible so that everyone can see the original receiver's address. Canada post can make the service better if they can make the process better. Anyway, I got my mail and money back after it failed to be delivered. Suggest everyone must check the label before sign it to avoid the mistake.
I like the people from Canada Post who deliver my mail since they're nice but once they accidentally marked a package delivered when they didn't on Friday. I put in a report asking about it and I got a call about it. The guy on the other line investigating the situation kept insinuating that I missed it and that it was delivered when making me repeat myself a lot. "I don't know, I have security camera footage that the package wasn't delivered" as nicely as possible. My god, this dude was the most passive aggressive douche I've seen. On Monday I got a call again and all he said was look outside. I ran outside and got the package from the place I checked on Friday and when I told him I found it, he said "Good! Next time try to check around more" and hung up. I checked the cameras and the mail lady delivered it minutes prior. She's always really nice and the support ended up fixing things but holy shit, that support guy was a total tool.
I have a parcel that canada post says the expected delivery is feb 7 , 2022 but I have received no tracking results thus far. So what? The only tracking ill get is when it arrives then you can say "delivered"...ridiculous
don't expect rapid service
Didn't want supplier to ship through them but lost that debate. Now I suffer Canada post wait times uhg!
