Was a faithful supporter and customer, can't do it anymore, package delivery takes MONTHS now, really????????

Ok, so the shipping wasn’t an issue for me. They were super quick even though there was an issue with the initial shipping they were quick to help sort everything out. After second attempt, the order came quick. The product is super light, so I’ll definitely need to build when using it. I can’t tell exactly how much of a match yet. As I only tested a small spot but the colour seems better than the other products I’ve bought.

以后千万不要用中国邮政寄包裹，因为在中国境内还好追踪，到了加拿大邮政就消失了，加拿大邮政服务太差了，快两个月了，查无音讯！

It happens all the time the delivery is quick, but they leave my parcels in my lobby without ringing my bell and there are over 120 apartments and they just leave it there in the lobby, small parcels big parcels anybody can take them. Please ring my bell and it’s written on my package to ring my bell, but they are not doing that anymore. I will look for other carriers available next time.

Regarding my letter carrier, Stan, I have to say how fabulous he is. I live in an apartment and sadly we've had issues with parcel theft which are left in the lobby. I was notified by email that my parcel was delivered. Well, it wasn't. I contacted Canada Post about this and the carrier actually came to my door to apologize and said he was checking the 2 local post locations. He is going above and beyond to locate the missing package. We both suspect it was stolen but he insists on checking everywhere. thanks Stan.

Service Very good

I always send my mail/packages and boxes with Canada Post. My daughter lives in New Zealand and we have been pleased with the delivery time, and condition of parcels.

I have ordered make up from New York and shipping time was 3 to 10 business days and I got my shipment today right on time it took only 10 days

I wish all my packages would arrive with Canada Post. They are very generous with the community as well.

I was absolutely thrilled when our grandkids received their parcel from us the next day! Part of it was a computer for at-home learning, so it was important they get it ASAP. Thanks!

I think Canada post provides a good service and their employees rock.

Apparently only those people who are unhappy bother to post reviews.......my experience was a little different. In spite of long line ups the Canada post employees were pleasant and helpful in getting my parcels on their way. Some delays in Richmond but the delivery folks worked late on Christmas eve and everything reached its destination. Good on ya Canada Post. And none of my $$ went to American delivery companies!

I use the post all the time, e commerce business. Delays do happen. Shipments rarley get lost. Usually, except around the holidays, packages do get delivered on time. The problem with Canada Post is how much they charge for the service they provide. .92 cents for a freakin\' stamp I mean why not raise it to 2 dollars and make sure every postal worker has a jacuzzi in their house! 18 plus dollars for tracking to the US. That is crazy! Who likes paying high shipping costs when buying from on retailers please raise your hand! We have some of the most expensive lettermail in the industrialized world and we get decent to mediocre service. Lower your prices and stop paying your Trotskyist workers so much! What special qualifications (besides being a pain in the back side) do you need to deliver mail?! To be fair the posties don\'t steal our mail as is the case in other countries. If Canada Post does not resolve your claim go to the postal ombudsman they (Canada Post) hate this. Make sure you keep all your receipts. I have even taken to photographing my packages and recording my interactions with their staff. They also have the nerve to strike every other year. What Canada needs is competition in the mail delivery business. The government should break Canada Post up into three or four separate entities and then they will have to charge less for their services.
