Desperately trying to track my package GV774346105GB which is a Christmas present from Hunt Passion.

I ordered some stuff on 11/26/21 and still not received. It reached Delhi, India airport on 12/12/21 and in transit since 12/17/21 coming from Delhi to Ludhiana, Punjab and still don’t know who to contact to find out about delivery. I am very disappointed. This is a gift for someone who is flying out of country on the December 23rd. Then it will be of no use to me.

I’ve contacted Beyond Concepts numerous times to be told it’s in transit. When I track my package it’s says “null shipment information received” where is my package? At this point I’m going to have to report this to FTC and my bank. I ordered 12/3/2021 today is 12/10/2021 and I have yet to see my package moving. Your website says your shipping out of Beverly Hills misleading information. This is fraud!! Tracking number YT2134221272014279 has yet to move. Refund me my money. I’m filing fraud now. This shipping company doesn’t have a phone number. The number listed is literally a cell phone number for a shipping business! I’m reporting!
