The delivery partner didn't delivered product at door step. They called us and told pick your order from 14 km away. We do not deliver at your address. If they didn't delivered at my address then why delhivery took orders. Pathetic service

I had a very pleasant experience with the Delhivery team. Keep up the good work.

The worst service ever, they dnt pick the phone up and if they do they keep passing the buck. No clear picture as to where your shipment is, they keep saying it will come tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.

I have Ordered On 14th November still it's in pickup it's been more 1 week I think I will get my parcel may be next month

Courier is stuck past 15 days. And no one in picks up phone and phone is switched off. No response to tickets and no response in social media. Totally fraud. And now shpwing package stuck in warehouse and abput to be returned. Its pathetic totally fraud not acceptable at all.

very poor service , no response, last 7 days parcel at Jaipur but not able to deliver , why they take booking if not able to serve. Terrible

Its services are very bad. I had booked a parcel on 4th through a delivery courier service, or today on 18th I haven't received the parcel yet. The worst part is they have no . i did complaint so many time but no response.
