I have 2 packages dispatched from Donghai China and I must say I was very surprised the speed and efficiency of the delivery of both packages. Hope DPEX will be able to keep up this good track.

They are straight forward people.. I thought I was getting scammed but I received my package on time

I had no issues . My parcel was delivered on time , and good condition.

I ordered paperlike screen protector, which they deliver from hongkong china. And i ordered on 25/nov/2020 and receive my order on 1/dec/2020. So my experience with DPEX was good.

Received a package HK to Melb in under a week. This is during stage 4 lockdown. Pretty impressed, don’t know what all the bad reviews are about.

For anyone else who happens to be in the same situation I as others on here have found, once my item came to Australia with DPEX, Toll priority took responsibility or delivery, save yourself the hassle and run around and check your tracking number on the toll website. Think you\'ll actually find DPEX are fine and in my honest experience done better than Toll who\'ve sat on my item for 4 days since with no delivery yet. Hope this helps someone.

I read reviews here that were scathing. My experience is that the package was delivered today, 9 days after ordering, which is about average for stuff from HK to Australia. However, the tracking information still has it in Sydney :)

Apart from the package taking a few days to process when it landed in Brisbane, once it started moving I had it the next day, delivered to my door by a smiling and jovial courier. My first experience with Dpex so it was a good one (having been severely stressed on a couple of occasions by Fastway!)

Dpex kept me informed via tracking the entire time my purchase was in their hands from Hong Kong to newcastle. Final delivery was by toll.
