It's very bad courier service they take 15 to 20 days to deliver a parcel ,they don't have proper also almost all no are busy they don't pick up the call

My courier is already reached on exhibition road patna branch in 2 days after reach courier not delivered in next 5 days and not given proper answer by Dtdc company..It's very painful...So guys I request to all of you plzz not take service for courier it's very care less company..
Mera parcel 14 tarikh ko Exhibition road patna pahuch gaya hai lekin courier walo ki bedarkari se aaj 5 din ho gaye delivered nahi ho raha n koi contect no hai..Bahut hi ger jimmedarana ravaiya hai is company ka me sabhi logo se nivedan karta hu ki is company se courier n karaye...
I have an order from Amazon through DTDC courier. The called me to pickup ur item fastly otherwise it will be returned... Now I have to run 8 km to pickup my parcel... I contacted Amazon, they said don't worry it will be deleverd to you at your door step...

I was told that my consignment will be delivered within one day (Bangalore within city) 2 days over, not delivered yet and CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE. YOU WILL ONLY HEAR RECORDED VOICE FOR MORE THAN 15 MINS, BUT NO RESPONSE. FEES IS VERY HIGH AND SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
My order received at my nearest branch. They called to me & said that come in and take your parcel... We are paying for what..? Seriously worst service ever from DTDC COURIER
