Annie Guzman Dear Gogo, I drop off my item today sa Chino Roces Makati Hub ninyo at 12NN, 4 packages was received and scan in front of the guard I even talked to your Team Head in the person of Mr. Marvin to complain about the non pick up of items since Sunday. Four parcel was received but and scan but later today it was reported to the tracking system of shopee and client that there is a failed pick up, samantalang drop off na po namin ang parcel because ever since we cannot rely on your driver. The following parcel was received and scan in front of me at the receiving area: 8597-0660FALR, 857556-jyka. 86012640gkbe, 8604-8183WLNS. We are notified to reschedule the pick up but I didn't do the rescheduling since we already drop off the item today. Pakihanap ang nawawalang parcel na drop off namin kanina sa hub ninyo.
