I placed an order on Jan 18th and was guaranteed 10 day shipment. I received the tracking number and the first mention on this site is Feb 1st and it has not moved past Feb 2nd in almost a week since I started checking (it is Feb 13th). This site is easy to use, but the company I am dealing with, not so much

I\'ve a posted parcel from area pin code -797111 on 5/2/2018@11:00& P.o.told me that it takes around 5-6.days to reach area pin code-132101&it 8days already but it still not reach, why?

tracking id :- RG966202705BE where is my parcel , form one month i saw only the same status in tracking site , what is the reason behind this and what is the solution ???? for i get the parcel fast .
