Been 2 weeks wala movement ung tracking number,, Is there a chat rep we can talk to know realtime status ng tracking para alam namin kung nanakaw na ba or what?

Apaka bulok po ng service nnyo at scam kayo. sabi po ng driver nyo 2k plus babayrin namin eh 1k lang naman yung dapat namin bayaran. Buti nalng alam ko orders ko at kung magkano ang babayaran pano ung iba pag na scam? liable ba kayo don? , Tinawagan namin ang driver tapos di sumasagot at nag rereply. Ung isa ko pang order na cancel without my consent dahil daw hindi ako ma reach. Apaka unethical ng Companya nato jusko.

Sabi ng driver 400 yung babayaran pero 200 lang pala lol nakadali siya ng 200 samin tapos walang text beforehand kung kelan darating yung package.
