Just a recent experience, got my package on time based on the delivery status everytime I order. This one is the first time I did COD, at first I got disappointed kasi un bata kong kapatid un nagrecieve and bayad ng package ko and the rider didn't gave him the exact change so I sent this concern to Lazada directly and immediately and binalik agad nila un kulang na sukli the next day, hindi ko lang alam kung same rider un nag deliver ng package and nagbalik ng sukli. This simple making up with their delivery riders mistake is a good thing pero sana lang wag ng maulit pa.
