My ordered laptop in Lazada just arrived on time. The driver opened the parcel for me and made sure that all items were not broken and of quality. We even had it on video just in case there are returns to be made. He also found our house immediately unlike other couriers which would take an hour to know our place. Keep up the good work and hopefully will receive the great service as done by Mr. Pangilinan. Thanks.

Here at Urdaneta yung mga nagdedeliver, once they receive the parcel agad agad naman nila dinidispatch. Aware ako do kasi lagi ko tinitignan yung app ko. May i just compliment Mr. Edwin Garcia, delivery guy here at Urdaneta. Salamat kuya dahil kahit sunday nagdedeliver ka. On time ang delivery nila once nadispatch na mula sa other branch. I think sa manila lang naman tlga nagtatagal yung mga items. Antagal magdispatch ng LEX sa main bodega nila. Pero pagdating na sa mismong lugar, the same day ang delivery nila, thats based on my observation. Di pa din ako nakakaexperience ng delivery staff na masungit. Well mannered yung mga staff dto sa Urdaneta. Di man sila nagsesend ng message beforehand, bumabalik naman sila the next day para maibgay kay buyer yung item nya lalo pag non-COD.

Some of the deliveries are delayed but that is a different problem. This website is very useful for me to track where my parcel is.

Nice review ko po ito dahil alam ko na 15 june pa maibigay yung order ko pero, june 8 dumating na sa Davao yung order ko, sana di matagalan ang pag shipping, before june 15 maapreciate ko po kung madeliver nyo ang package ko before 15...
