Worst courier service! Cannot track the order because system is always down. They first lost my package and when I contacted them they said it was well within the delivery expectance. This indicates they lie and hide the estimated delivery to the customer when in fact their estimated delivery is 30 days. (I hope someone sues them). Turns out my parcel was lost in the sorting center and they made me wait for 3 weeks before realising despite me asking them. HOW TF DO YOU LOSE A PARCEL IN YOUR WAREHOUSE??? Then I had to reorder the parcel and now I cannot track them. Fucking joke
