It's been 4 days and still there's bo movement of my parcel...The LEX courier service is really BAD AND USELESS..I just couldn't understand why Lazada choose them as their 3rd party partner. This is the reason why a lot of people doesn't use Lazada when it comes to international shipping.

Items not moving from logistics hub since last week. Should change name to Ulu Despatch.

Worse service ever by Lazada. Contacted Lazada CS and the only reason they use is "pandemic situation and overloaded shipping order". Shopee and other online mall doesn't have this kind of problems. They can deliver within delivery period of time. Seriously, very disappointing...

This is by far the worst courier service I ever encountered. Just imagine I ordered a product from China and get it faster than the local product I ordered that has been siting idly at the last mile processing center (2 weeks). Two weeks at the center and no attempt was made to send to my place which is hardly 5 km away. Try to avoid using Lazada at all cost to order your products. Use Shopee because Lex courier service is affiliated to Lazada.
