Up to now these guys are still not held reliable mainly because when you sign up in LAZADA you are accepting the terms of LAZADA. Frankly nobody reads anything when you are just signing up until when you are having issues(f***LAZADA). NON THE LESS at least they should show some degree of professionalism as they are being paid for what they are doing. The way I look at it is the courier\'s being pressured by LAZADA so they can deliver the package as soon as possible and as a result the courier will push their employee to work faster, then when these guys work faster what happens to the package?????? Hence the title...

May be slow because of too many packages and covid crisis

Im using lazada for 3 years already and lex is the courier. Palagi silang ahead sa delivery day na naka indicate sa lazada. Maybe because i always buy from LAZMALL and within MM lang ako that\'s why mabilis shipout, naka box and di deformed ang item when dini deliver sakin. Mabait rin ang delivery man dito saamin. The best pa sakin ang lex kesa sa JNT na binabato ang mga items.

Napaka-minimal ng palya ni LEX sa delivery ko. ‘Yung face shield lang talaga na natengga sa sortation center tapos 6 days bago ni-release. ‘Yung mga nagsasabing isara na si Lazada, E DI DUN KAYO SA mAiNsTrEaM NA SHOPPEE O KAYA LUMIPAT KAYO SA MAS MAAYOS NA SUBDIVISION kung gusto niyo maayos ‘yung delivery niyo!

Well for those who\'s order na still hasn\'t arrive yet for over a week probably you ordered product overseas like china it will take a lot of time madaming dadaanang proseso like custom clearance bago makaalis sa china, ako umorder ako 08-13-2020 pero ung order ko wala pa kasi nasa china pa still waiting for departure to philippines, after naman na ng clearance mabilis na yan, 4hrs lang naman byahe ng plane from china to ph so after it will be handed to logistics delivery partner like Lex PH after non 1-2 days na sayo na order mo, ung iba kaya d pa ma track dito kasi nasa ibang bansa pa ung order nyo, thanks.

I checked my previous delivered items before pandemic and you have fast courier. Everything is excellent until this virus comes. Hope your company survive and back to better way of excellent service. I have pending items when I wrote this just to be fair.

So far, the one delivering to us is really a good person and understanding, no negative comments and the item is almost always delivered on time. I recently order another one with lex ph as courier once again and i hope that their reputation for me will never change.
