Base on the information provided to us by that stupid lex courier they accidentally given the parcel to a delivery rider not part of LEX PH, so they decided to tag it as failed delivery and make it seems that it was the customer's fault where in fact as soon as we received the notification that they item will be delivered we contacted them via phone call and gave them our time availability for everyone's convenience.
