Lithuania Post Tracking

What a terrible service! Please do not send any parcels via them outside of the EU as they are completely useless with helping to fill customs forms. The system on their website is not working and staff on the phone refuses to help. I have a small box of tulip bulbs stuck for three months and no one cares! No wonder you cannot leave them a review on Google or Facebook! Huge disappointment as their renewed branding promises progress while their inner system has stayed solidly soviet! Never gonna use Lietuvos Pastas if I can help it.

Terrible experience. I received notifications 2 times that my parcel would be delivered and then on the same day would receive a message that it would not. I have been on hold, spending my time waiting for more than two hrs when trying to contact them. Simply too much to write down here. Horrible company

Tracking is not working. Huge delay.

Hi I have used Lithuanian post once for delivery of a package to Spain. Tracking number was accurate and delivery time approximately 10 days which I find acceptable considering the corona situation. Very satisfied!

Expected delivery to take 3 weeks,parcel received in 19 days. good job,would recommend

The Lithuanian postal service is one of the best I have come across. I had my parcel in 6 days and the website kept me right up to date. Well done and many thanks. I have to say the postal service in England is not so good these days and could learn some lessons from Lithuania!
