Such a horrible service, some of their staffs needs a training. Although such a slow service.
one of the worst postal systems i have encountered on my travels. For such a tiny country they are all about trying to milk the money out of the receiver! And I can crawl faster then they can deliver a package!
I got my packet in 2 weeks. Tracking is allways late thats why i dont give 5 stars. Pretty satisfied.
Excellent website!!!! It works much better than the official site by Post.lu, which does not work at all. Congratulations!!
Bonjour, j’ai reçu ma commande ce matin. Je suis vraiment ravie du déroulement car tout d’abord j’ai été très bien renseigné chaque fois que je souhaitais avoir un renseignement. Les réponses sont très rapides etc... Pour ceux qui ont des problèmes avec leur numéro de suivis, ne vous inquiétez pas j’ai moi-même eu des soucis, je n’ai pu à aucun moment suivre mon colis mais je pense que c’est simplement un point qu’ils doivent améliorer. Contactez les par messages vous aurez des réponses rapides à vos questions. Je dois vous avouer que j’ai eu beaucoup peur en voyant les commentaires extrêmement négatifs mais je tiens à vous faire savoir qu’il n’y a absolument pas d’inquiétude à avoir. J’ai été livré en moins de temps que prévu et le produit est en excellent état et très bien protégé. Bref je remercie encore le service.
