I saw many bad reviews in the website. But my parcel has been Delivered in 1 Day

As AliExpress uses Naqel as their direct delivery option I have no choice but dealing with them. When they just started about a year ago I’ve lost about 300$ combined items parcel as I was outside of the country and didn’t reply to notifying sms. That time they didn’t have any number to contact them back In UAE. Since then I feel they’ve improved and i was receiving my shipments fairly quick. Recently I had a shipment being delivered via Naqel and according to provided tracking number shipment has arrived to UAE on May 23, I’ve had it delivered on 4th of June which makes it almost 2 weeks. I conceder it rather to long and efficient but it may be due to quarantine and all Covid situation. Since they\'ve got contact telephone number in place, sms notification and feedback survey I think they have definitely improved.

I FOUND THEY ARE VERY GOOD. DON\'T KNOW WHY EVERYONE GIVE LESS RATING. ONE DAY I RECEIVED SMS FORM THEM NEXT DAY THEY DELIVERED

there is a noticeable improvement in the level of service, it is took four days only from US to Saudi Arabia to receive my shipment. perfect job.

Please deliver this material urgent

When I did criticize Naqel for their first shipment which was very bad, second shipment was bad! But third and fourth shipment service was really good and on time. I have to be fair here, since their service and delivery speed improved. I got 2 shipment today on time and with professional delivery guy. I had to give them the credit for that. I hope they continue the good work and achievement for all including myself in future. Well done this time!
