Mabilis sumagot email at nakuha ko naman, depende sa lugar. Eto yung tracking ko para macheck ng iba NVPHHELIX000001028. So far nung pagkakuha ko item then check ko yan nag parcel received na. PinaRMA na PSU yang pinadala sa akin at dahil sa nabasa ko dito medyo nag alala ako. Glad nakuha ko agad item though hehe

Omorder ako ng table runner pang noche buena last December 6. Eh December 22 na wala pa. According sa ninja van naship sa ibang location. Hay naku ninjavan, strike 2 kana sakin...

This may be funny to others but for me, it’s different. It’s my first time using this courier and I accidentally tapped Ninja van instead of J&T and I already placed my order! So hinayaan ko na lang. 3 days later, it came! And imagine from Metro Manila pa to Zamboanga del Norte, Mindanao! Not to mention how they neatly bubble wrapped my ordered kpop album. No dents. Nung nag unwrap ako, naamaze ako kase ang haba ng bubble wrap, 1.5m., na binalot sa 2 albums. Each album, may bubble wrap din. Observing the box, it’s recycled. I saw the prints of Mi Goreng noodle and other products. I can’t help but appreciate how resourceful they are. And sobrang neat and safe yung order ko. Thank you, Ninja Van❤️ Sa susunod ulit!

Delivered naman yung item, I ordered last 11-16-19 from Shopee, the seller shipped the item at 11-18-19. the estimated time of delivery is 11-21-19; the package came 11-22-19. I messaged ninjavan on their facebook account, they responded politely and Tama naman yung info na binigay nila sakin. I will still give them 5 stars kasi okay yung costumer service nila sa facebook messenger and nadeliver naman yung item ko.
