Hi ninja van, im quite disappointed, kasi bakit ang tagal niyo mag deliver? yung isang parcel ko na huli ko inorder j&t ang courier malapit ng dumating ika 5 days palang today may update na, 1 day na lang dadating na. pero yung sa inyo 8 days na ngayun wala pa rin... baka pede naman ma improved ang service niyo. salamat !

I hope its really a door to door delivery. Its my first time with ninjavan and im kinda nervous if the delivery rider would make me come to him,like one friend told me that they dont really deliver door to door. You know, what of the distance is far. So sad i cant decide for the shipper

Somehow my parcel arrived safely with Ninjavan and it took four days to deliver. Honestly, I prefer J&T Express now for fast and efficient delivery, and Shopee Xpress for fragile and expensive orders.

They lost my package, and after many apologies they finally sent it to Palawan. They said they will deliver it, was waiting the whole day and they said they were on the way and never arrived!
