Hi, I had no bad experience so far maybe because I use the cash on delivery method? ...or maybe because it depends on diff employees handling your orders. Note: before you rate pls consider the fact this job is actually freelance. If the guy sending your package hindi nmn yung salary mo ma apektohan. Its gonna cost them at their end. Overall. Ninja van is great at least compared to lbc for the time frame. I never got damage goods from then and again even if its damaged its not their fault. Its the seller\'s for having such bad packaging. There are a lot of factors going on for one delivery to fail. Pls don\'t blame it all with the company

Thumbs up po dun sa nagdeliver ng parcel ko kanina SHP19072415379WA58. Thank you po at pasenxia sa abala dahil walang tao ang bahay nung nagdeliver xia tumawag at nagsuggest na kng meron n dw aq sa house before matapos nya lahat ng ededeliver pwde nya nlng eda.an ulit yung parcel q.

So kahapon nagdeliver yung ninja van sakin, then yung dalawa kong order supposedly ang marereceive ko kasi they texted me twice, yung isang order ko lang ang naideliver. and yung isa ang status na nakalagay sa shoppee (residential address, but no one to receive) Seriously? panong no one to receive eh naideliver niyo nga yung isa kong order. nakakairita lang, hays tagal ko na hinihintay yun. mas okay pa yung sistema niyo dati, kesa ngayon medyo nakakadismaya po. marami pa kong ibang issues about sa pagdedeliver.

At first ok naman 1 week pinakmatagal dumating ngayon ewan ko nakakainis na paano nalang mga customer ko nito sobrang tagal dumating kung alam ko lang sana nagchange courier nalang ako

super bait ng mga delivery man: 1) naggi-greet sa call; 2) magalang rin sa text; and 3) marunong mag-thank you. di perfect score kasi sana mga 30mins-1hr before pagpunta man lang sa mismong harap ng bahay mag-notify yung driver kasi nakakagulat na bigla na lang magtetext ng \"nasa labas na po ako maam\" tas pag di nakareply, i-cacancel agad. Overall, ang galing ng performance! Keep it up!
