they lie about shipping updates and pay for fake reviews do NOT trust
Days without pickup, lose packages, take weeks to deliver. You get what you pay for. FML.
You are doing irreparable harm to my small business. Nearly 3 weeks ago I sent two paintings from sydney to Melbourne. It took days for them to be picked up and I saw one being shoved into the back of a hatchback. Neither was delivered and no reason was found by your “”. They have also not been returned and tracking does not say where they are. My buyers are distressed and now your “escalations team” say I will not be able to claim for loss or damage on the insurance I paid for because you consider them “fine art”. This company is incompetent. I could have strapped my paintings to my back and walked the distance in less time.
I have 2 parcels never picked up, I have dropped off the second one to the BP Wiley Park which is their drop in partner after waiting for 2 days. And then the parcel sits in the petrol station for another two days without collection. I am extremely not happy it damages my business. I just hoping to find an alternative now.
