My parcel is delivered to other address. It should reach me within a week but 2 weeks over not received the parcel. When called no proper response. Worst Courier.

They are not provide any tracking number on sms..They call and say we have to collect courier from so how it is courier service if we have to go their to collect it.. instead of providing home delivery they must say sender party they are not gonna deliver parcel to home..what if No person at home is able at to go maruti ?..and what about our privacy?..very bad courier service at Himatnagar main ..383001..if there is negative rating I will suggest -10 (negative rating)..
