बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस हैं मैंने बोल्ट ईयर फोन रिप्लेस के लिए पार्सल किया थी लेकिन वोल्ट कम्पनी को इनलोगो ने पार्सल डीब्बा खाली दिया इससे घटिया काम क्या हो सकता है
We had requested our supplier to book the material on fast track via air thru sree Maruthi courier on topay Basis from Coimbatore on 15/09/2021 docket no 21038100055157 Maruthi courier refused to take the same on topay and insisted on paid basis and the delivery promised on 16/09/2021. Today it’s 18/09/2021 and the delivery is yet to take place. Its not a one off miss and docket no is for provided for any reviewer to see their quality of delivery from Coimbatore to Harohalli which is 50 kms from Bangalore and the cost of our courier charges being Rs1320.00

Very pathetic and useless. Doesn't know the importance and urgency. I send my courier by superfast courier service coz of urgency, but they don't deliver on time but also lost my package....

Instead I only had to go and take the courier itself.. don't get the point of the very poor mismanagement... Please try being true to the customer.. feel really bad ..
