SMSA don't deliver my shipment they communicate thru watsup asking to share my location then I shared my location but still didn't deliver. Now I need to pick it up myself from their but still waiting confirmation since according to their staff the shipment was returned to warehouse.

Samsa delivery became too bad. They don’t deliver on time. I had my worst experience lately. Staff in the branch are very rude. Drivers are unimaginably impossible behavior. I just changed all my shipments yon ARAMEX–very reliable.

SMSA is HORRIBLE. Packages wait in the customs checkpoint for a month. No one told me that they need the ID from the customer. I then supply that after I inquired with SMSA. Then they release the package and return to sender. Can’t get ahold of anyone now to see what is going on.

So far, I had more than 50 online orders delivered to me by SMSA. I tried many companies but they are by far the best. When I buy something online, I pray to god that it is SMSA that will deliver it. They are fast and they never lose a parcel or damage it.

Smsa is the best in Saudi Arabia no doubt. Much better than DHL. Smsa and staff have a great attitude , unlike DHL delays and bad attitude.
