South African Post Office Spåra

I received a text message that my parcel has been delivered at South Rand post . To my dismay,when I get there,they cannot find the parcel,and their system is down. It was supposed to ne a Valentines gift,but I am sitting with 'No gift',and an angry Valentine's partner

South African post is crap.Customer service is zero

Its been some time now that the Post Office in Glen Marais Kempton Park has been closed, and i have been "rerouted" to Beonero Park Post Office. ....... And what a pleasure it has been. The post in Beonero Park is spotless, so clean and tidy. The staff are quick and efficient.... And for once actually give you the correct information on what documents uou would need for whatever. Huge shout out to the man how is assisting everyone on the floor (i wish i had asked for his name) he is brilliant.... So helpful and polite!! If only our government institutions would take this much pride in their work and take hint from this post on how to effectively and sufficiently run things - i bet no one would complain about paying their taxes if this were the situation. Well done Beonero (Kempton Park) Post Office... You have a well oiled machine.

I ordered online 2 weeks ago for something which crossed through most of Asia, India and the Middle East to get here. As usual, I said my prayers when I ordered it and expected to have to pick it up at a post in February next year. It was delivered to my door last week. To say I am completely blown away is an understatement! If this continues, the South African Postal Service will receive my 5 Stars!

Please provide status of my package. It was posted from China on 21 March 2018 and the staus still says it is in Transit. China have confirmed the package has reached South Africa. Please help me track this package. It is a pair of shoes that were ordered online.
