Worst service possible from a carrier.

Been purchasing right through covid, never has a parcel taken so long for any movement. Just sits and doesn't move, in transit for weeks on end. EBAY is slowly losing me from any future purchases due to monstrously slow deliveries. Get your act together. No more china purchases for me.

Order in transit for the last week should have been delivered today no updates since 17th. Surely cannot be in transit for a week give the size of Britain. Shambles as far as updates go.

not deliver my package

2 separate parcels, bought at "SAME TIME", advised delivery, 2 weeks apart! 1 item, supposedly, at "LOCAL DELIVERY DEPOT", what that means, who the fuck knows!

3 separate parcels allegedly handed off to my local usps a month ago, my carrier cannot locate. (we’ve been talking/checking for 2 weeks.) past speedpack deliveries have just appeared at my door w/o fanfare…not these. :(
