Barang stuck banyak hari and no parcel status update in the system. Contact CS Haiz... Suruh tunggu beberapa hari lagi. Kalau masih tidak terima boleh apply for refund. Buang masa saya menunggu ni. Lambat tak apa at least kena ada parcel update dalam system. No update pula ini. Buat orang bimbang and gelisah saja.

I xnak cakap lah, pls end your delivery service. Just focus on your app, dont be greedy leave the delivery service to pos laju and jnt is enough. Ur delivery one can tahan rlly slow like siput

Beli kedai sama..tp satu dpt jnt satu dpt shopee express(malang sungguh) jnt dpt the next day....yg shopeenxpresss ni dah 3 x sampai sorting center och..naik kete lembu ke ??? Belum lg nk sampai ke addreess penang...xyah la buat kalau x mampu handle

You should atop your useless delivery service and just stick to your app market, greedy want also to deliver items with your poor delivery service, let J&T or poslaju take care of delivery.. but no shopee also want to do delivery want to cut and share the delivery market

lambat nak mampos

aku tak tahu kenapa shopee express bawa barang aku bersiar siar dulu..shopee express sebelah aku kot..alamat dia 149, aku 148.. hari ini entah kali berapa aku beli barang dia bawak siar siar.. tapi hari ni paling lambat..dah pukul 530 aku nak balik kerja dah oiii...benda boleh buat 1st point jadi point terakhir..tu pun belum tentu dapat hari nie..

I have bought notebooks from one shop located in Selangor but the delivery man said he will deliver my parcel one day then after that i have waited the whole day not deliver call him for 11 times only he answer the phone then not listen what i want to say then hung up the phone then after that didn't deliver the parcel after i have requested a refund only the seller raise a dispute to Shopee then only after 4 days he deliver it took like 2 weeks only he deliver very disappointing then now another parcel still stuck in the PCH sorting centre the reason is the buyer had reschedule the delivery time which i didn't. the Shopee Express really terrible lah like shit

Beli 6/10, sampai 8/10. Hopefully SPX boleh maintain delivery laju

rindu shopee yg blh pilih courier skrg seller je yg tentukan for me klu seller tanak buyer refund brg lambat sampai jgnla guna SHOPEE EXPRESS or yg lambat baik apply Poslaju n Jnt je weyy
