Ingat treasure islands ke ha susah sangat nak cari ni tempat... Susah sangat ke nak letak nama tempat or kawasan, rela amik sendiri tapi tu lah tak tau kat mana PCH sorting centre ni.

I am not staff,I am customer. Shopee Express hope to provide great service for customer too. Maybe there're some problems in the company these days caused customers' parcel arrived late. I hope Shopee Express will take this problem seriously and provide better service in the future! Dear friends, if you haven't received your parcel yet it had arrived the due date soon, kindly contact Shopee agent, ask them to contact SPX and rush your delivery on your behalf. I faced this issue too, but mine had arrived yesterday after contact shopee agent for a few days. Give chances to SPX, I believe that they are conscious of their problem and try to work best for customers. I hope all of us spread positivity here, as customers ' support are one of the vital elemen for the company to work better in the future!

Shopee, tolong la, jangan buat business courier - u x reti buat. So clear already - tutup je la please la.. Semua stuck sampai 7 hari kat PCH ni kenapa? Tu pun x sure lepas tu keluar atau tidak. Ni bisnes peram parcel ke ape nie? Dei tolong la dei.

Sy ke sini pun, sebab masalah yang sama. Barang delay dah seminggu.. auto penghantaran by shopee pay, tp bad service.

Shopee slow mcm siput..banyak barang customer stuck dekat PCH Sorting Center. Bila tanya cs dekat mana PCH mereka pon tak dapat trace. Ada system tapi semua tak boleh pakai. Alasan tunggu 2-3 hari..dah lah tak boleh pilih bodoh

babi shoppe is siput babi lembab, bodo... brg urgent nk pakai semalam..dh terlepas..sapa nk tanggung jawab babi..ehh babi xsalah...natang mu shoppe...!!!!!!

Just report at here https://aduan.skmm.gov.my. My parcel already stuck for 7 days at PCH sorting center and no update. So, I report here.

It supposed to be 2-3 days for my parcel but now almost a week, halo shopee are you guys doing shit??????
