Every single order a supplier used The Courier Guy has been amazing - should I need to send a parcel, I will use no one else!
I have been unable to get any updates from The Courier Guy wrt my parcel. I have had zero response to my emails. This is not a company you want to trust your business to .
from friday till now im still waiting for my parcel i dont know why taking ages than before
Worried about the new system that u introduced Guys I find it very difficult to track my parcel, n u are the only company that I trust when come to delivering clients stuff....so since last month its a mess , I can't track my parcels
I have been calling and they picked ones and kept putting me through now they are not picking. I need my parcel ASAP as it is for a function. These people don't respect customers at all. My parcel keeps going back to the DC, if they don't want to deliver they should just tell me to pick it up.
Super efficient and affordable. I would highly recommend their services.

Parcel has not moved on their tracking for 6 days now. No reply on my ticket logged or on the whatsapp line. Bunch of useless people running the show.
The CourierGuy delivery service is pathetic and unprofessional. They hire a bunch of incompetent people to carry expensive parcels. They could not come to my address, they called me to meet them halfway but I was charged for a delivery to the address I registered. They are not good for business because now I will never buy to a company that uses them as their delivery service. What a horrible experience!!!
Poor and Pathetic service I booked a parcel to be collected in Pretoria, Was provided with a booking no, made my immediate payment and faxed proof of payment to the fax no.provided by The Courier Guy. Was told that I would receive 2 further emails from them confirming my tracking no. And delivery. Well 4 days later I am still waiting for both, after sending email to query was told that the booking no. I was given by them was one digit short. Double checked but the no. that I provided was the one provided to me. I then phoned only to be told by some idiot that I had not provided them with proof of payment which was confirmed by my bank that it was send, I have now instructed the bank to send a second proof of payment by email. A truly PATHETIC SERVICE BY THE COURIER GUY

I am very angry with the poor service I have received with @thecourierguy Cape-town. Pathetic and poor service from them. I tacked my parcel and made extra arrangements from my side to make sure that my parcel is delivered on the day. I requested for my phone number and address to be checked if it is captured correctly, requested for the drivers details to make arrangements with him/her. The next thing at 16h30 I'm told the same story EVERYTIME that the parcel was returned to the depo because "the driver called and my phone went to voice mail" while my phone was on and in my hand the whole time. What's more disturbing is that they are not accepting that the fault is on their side instead I'm told to pay an extra R250 for delivery since it is a Saturday. POOR WORK Ethic.. The Courier Guy
I started a perfume company and thought using currier guy as a currier. 1 st client R1300 order and they delivered to a person who happened to be at the gate but not my client i lost a good client now today a R800 order the parcel arraived empty and torn open?? I am disgusted in this service!
Their service is bad I told them that before they arrive at my destination they must call me But they didn’t I just received a call now from their driver now now telling me tht he’s at the location we agreed upon !!!!!
I would like to express my gratitude on the wonderful efficient trustworthy service of the courier guy in getting court documents to Stanger and back to Pennington timeously and a big thank you to Neeran Subramanian of Ballito kiosk for his patience and help for taking me through how to do everything online he is and absolute star .
