Moz from Macksville has been amazing, delivering our parcels well ahead of anticipated time... One day the parcel was dispatched and delivered the next day after I ordered online - I had to pinch myself! I believe though it comes down to an individual - everybody has different moral and ethical codes, and levels of professionalism. So when I witnessed such awesome work by Moz on now several occasions, I wanted to acknowledge it!

Absolutely worst I have ever experienced, waiting 1 month for a parcel and being told wait another 1-2 weeks as they have a back log. When I asked to speak to a I was told that the can't help and will tell me the same thing, just wait!

I have been waiting 3 MONTHS for a delivery. They delivered half of it a month ago, and the rest is, well they don't even know where it is. I have spoken to numerous people that clearly have no idea and just enter information somewhere that is never actioned. How this company manages to operate is beyond me.

This is a crap service and I will not be using them again.

I would like to acknowledge the great service provided by Toll. I have the parcel delivered to me earlier than I originally expected. Maybe the notification can be improved nonetheless great service. Thank you for what you do.

A huge thank you to Nicko and Jock for going over and above with our delivery today. They moved many many boxes to a suitable location for us, when many other companies just dump & run. Thanks you guys!!!!

My parcel arrived within 7 days, and I thank you so much , as the post these days with Covid 19 is so slow. Thankyou Toll Ipec much appreciated.

I do not care about what other people are thinking about this courier, but I had a great experience with this excellent shipping company. No problem.
