If no one home then he should left the Pick up notice. I checked my camera He wasn’t at my address. It happens Many times. Please solve the problem As soon as possible. Thank you

Ordered 10$ item on Ebay. VAT included. Sent with Ubi and *BE tracking to Europe. After almost 2 months it is still in Shanghai and status READY TO DEPARTED FROM RAILWAY STATION
