I was concerned about the accuracy of the tracking information I received about my package due to infrequent updates. But after cross-checking with an independent tracking website, I realized the information was accurate, just not as detailed as what I was getting on TrackingMore. The UPS tracking service is okay for basic tracking but could be further improved to provide more details on the package’s whereabouts and specific events at any time.

UPS was taking its sweet time updating details on my package, which was already late. Switching over to TrackingMore, I got a detailed history of the package and was just in time to ensure I didn’t miss my delivery. I wish UPS would provide as much info about shipments as TrackingMore does.

I have packages delivered frequently by UPS. I had an order from Amazon that should have been delivered. I stopped a relief carrier and asked him about my package. He said he had it on his truck a few days prior but it had an incorrect address so he could not deliver it! My address was correct. I called UPS and a Customer Agent called me back to inform me it was lost and I needed to file a Lost Package claim. This package was time sensitive! My regular driver JAKE stopped by my house later that afternoon with my package!!! He took it upon himself to check two other trucks for my package and found it! This young man went above and beyond his duties and should be recognized!!! His route us Westmoreland in Charleston, WV! KUDOS TO JAKE!

Retailer said it was shipped. I checked with UPS they said it had not been received Then 2 days Later UPS said they received it. I would beleive UPS before anyone else, They know there business. I have had zero problems for years, plus they are faster than the rest. Go UPS!

It took UPS Express 5 days to deliver a package from Turkey to the USA. Lightning quick. Every time I have used them, I have had good luck.

I have now had two orders from the Philippines this year each one delivered by UPS and I can only say it has been an outstanding service. Three days from picking up the order in the Philippines and delivered when stated via Korea, China, Germany and finally delivered in the Uk. Well done UPS and thank you.

Shipped and arrived today. Very happy with my experience with UPS.

Deliveries are usually on time and sometimes arrive earlier. Boxes are often banged up, but the stuff inside is usually in good shape. They are reliable. I am not a big fan of SurePost, where you have to wait an extra day for the PO to deliver stuff. Or you can pay $3.50 to have UPS deliver it a day earlier.This might be the shipper\'s idea. Our PO is great so I wait.
