Ich habe schon mehrfach, über den Real Online shop bestellt und meine Pakete kamen immer, im angegebenen Zeitraum und unversehrt an. Meistens früher als gedacht! Das Tracking stimmt nicht immer oder endet abrupt aber solange meine Pakete ankommen und das ohne Schaden, ist mir das Tracking völlig egal. China ist am Ende der Welt und die Ware von dort, wird sehr streng kontrolliert beim Zoll. Covid19 beschleunigt den Versand jetzt auch nicht wirklich und es ist Jahreswechsel =Weihnachten +Neujahr. Viele Stellen sind nur noch gering besetzt und das hauptsächlich in Europa

My Package was in a good condition and arrived very, very fast! From China to Germany in around 10 days. Whats in the package is not the business of Wanb Express, they just deliver. (Or not, if your scam site didn\'t send something). Tracking falls a bit behind, so I was kinda confused, when it arrived earlier than assumed. In general I am very satisfied.

Hatte diese Kamera bei REAL bestellt und wusste das sie aus China gesendet wird. Hatte mich deswegen auf eine sehr lange Versanddauer eingestellt. Aber Pustekuchen, Das Unternehmen hat es doch tatsächlich geschafft den Artikel innerhalb von 9 Tagen von China zu mir nach Hause zu transportieren. Respekt und Anerkennung! Das schaffen manche ja noch nicht mal innerhalb der BRD.

Wer sich hier über die individuellen Bestellungen beschwert weil er zb was falsches bekommen hat ist an der völlig falschen Stelle. Ist das gleiche als würdet ihr euch bei DHL beschweren das euch Otto ein falsches Produkt geschickt hat. Ich bestelle öfters aus China und habe mit den verschiedenen Logistikunternehmen nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Alles kam an, manchmal in 6 Tagen aber hat auch schon einmal drei Wochen gebraucht. Gebt dem hier eine Chance und nicht schlechte Bewertungen für etwas wo die rein gar nichts für können. Immer da beschweren wo man bestellt hat.

I see all these bad reviews which made me believe I wasn’t receiving my mask because of how long ago I ordered it. Another problem was 1 (couldn’t track it) saying there’s an error and 2 (it said it was delivered almost a week ago and didn’t receive it. It RANDOMLY came it today. This isn’t a scam. Just really bad service. And btw my emails was with Chinese people. This package came from California? Thoughts?

Delighted with the delivery of the trainers which I recieved today via Royal Mail. Was worried they wouldn’t arrive after reading some of the reviews and abit of confusion with the amount of emails I received but I wasn’t disappointed. They took 17 days to arrive so alittle longer than suggested but are true to size and are perfect for my daughter who has cerebral palsy. They really are a lovely pair of trainers
