XDP Express Tracking

Delivery said delivered no it is not , then surprise is back in depo, noone replues to mails , live chat messages or tel , So wherevis my delivery

I read the negative comments and became a little concerned. Shouldn’t have worried - good communication from XDP. I was given a time slot - between 1 and 3 pm. Excellent App showed me where the driver was at 1pm and he arrived at 1:20 Couldn’t have been better

I received a message giving me a 2 hour window, I was reading all the negative reviews and wondering if the company is really as bad as the reviewers stated, I heard my wife saying that there was a van outside and lo and behold my delivery was on my doorstep well within the specified time, the driver was friendly and helpful and a credit to the company, having worked as a driver for almost 40 years driving everything from small vans to trucks I know what these guys go through, I have had a delivery from this company before and it was also first class, so people think about what your putting down on your review and try to think of the job a courier has to do like doing 60+ deliveries a day and having to sort route and load the days work.
