I am sorry to inform that the xpress bees is not able to solve our problem inspite of many complaints done. I am a meesho supplier and well aware about the terms and conditions of the portal too. Accordingly we are charged penalties for not dispatching the parcels on the given time. We tried to contact one of your employees and presented our problem and in return we got a answer that he hasn't seen the pick up address so we have to deliver the orders to warehouse. Till the date he came to pick up orders regularly and now he hasn't seen the address. With very rude behaviour we are not satisfied with the answer and nor our problem is solved. The orders of 5 days are still remaining at our doorstep. All the orders are getting penalties which we can't afford. I have been complaining for this since the problem started but it seems that xpress bees are not bothered about it.

Why you don't check your email I'd company???

Their workers never received call from customers.Due to some gpay issue I have paid package money twice. I have tried to contact them many times but they are not doing anything . Worst service

You are a cheater, bloody liar .instead of 3 shirts, the contained old used 1 shirt and 1 half shirt used one .I paid Rs.1298, without opening the packet because the courier boy said I can't give open delivery. When I opened the packet when he had gone , to my surprise I found 2 old used shirts. This is just cheating. Bloody next time I will see you

Without coming they mentioned incomplete address . They will never call you if they don't know the address . Worst .
