The delivery was too slow and I did not like the service also.It took 12 days to deliver my courier. Other delivery services are better than xpress bees.look into the consumers problem and resolve the issues.deliver the products soon to costumers....

Hey Hi, I would love to really appreciate the person (Mr Mahendran C mobile# ending with 3637 if I'm not wrong) who had delivered my product today 21st Aug 2021,which I ordered via first cry app,the person was very polite at the time of delivery,i couldn't find any rating option for the delivery service on first cry app nor didn't receive any link for the delivery service from xpressbees to drop a feedback,hence I'm rating my feedback here! Not Getting Response From Customer Support, & In XB Delivering Only Local Products In That Also We Can See More Fake Client, Company Need Maximum Delivery Everyday But Company Will Not Take Care On Client. If Company Will Get Contact With Good Client With Return Policy And Exchange Policy We Do Good Job With Extra Effort With This Company. Once Customer Will Receive Fake Product They Can't Cantact Back With Seller Their Number Will Be Switch Off. In That Situation Delivery Boy & BackEnd Staff Only Need Face The Problem Some Customer Will Come Directly With Cops. That Higher Team Will Not Support Us. They Will Tell Easeliy. To Handle But We Can't Get Help.

AWB no always comes invalid when we tracks. They don't provide their delivery executive . I donno how the shopping sites are engaging this service provider in their businesses. It should be banned. Service like these are the kind of torture to us.

I have been sending and recieving things many times through different courier services, but never saw such irresponsible one like xpressbees. Yes situations are not well in India due to covid 19, but it's a trouble for all providers not only for xptessbees. Booked something on 11/08/2021,but today is 19/08/2021. But not received my parcel at. It stayed at a city for 4 days. Worst ever experience I'm haVing. Hope the will better themselves and their service.

This is fraud company, I tell you never ship your expensive products from Expressbees, if you have ecommerce business. I sent 2 game consoles from Expressbees, one is lost and second returned, excuse was client's didn't accept. I accepted the return then I opened the package, I was shocked the original item were missing. I'm going to sue this company. Very worst experience with expressbees. Go to hell you fraudsters.

Worst service ever.. try FedEx bludart but never this expressbee.. they don't have reliable delivery person .. my package was out of delivery 4 times and 4 times they have shown that person of contact told them to come after wards.. Why to have delivery service when you don't want to deliver.. that's the difference between expressbee and others... Worst of all

I ordered medicines and they are sending through xpressbees. From the place they sent to my place is hardly 12hrs in bus... and its been 3 days.... still in transit. R they transit in bike?
