I ordered this item nearly 24 days ago every time I check tracking it’s saying delivered I emailed the seller I was told it was delivered to the United States but I don’t live there there a useless company I sincerely do not think I will see the package or the money I spent on it ever again

Tried to order product off of Amazon. I get an email saying the product is shipped, and that’s it. It never makes it to “out for delivery” status! I wait for over a month for the day that package is supposed to arrive and it never does. I have to get a refund from the seller. Why do my packages not arrive? It seems like they never even get shipped! I ordered one package on July 2nd that was supposed to come August 16th. It is August 18th now, and all this website says is “shipping information received” from July 7th. Does that mean it wasn’t shipped? What has the package been doing all this time? Not satisfied.

No entregan los paquetes, luego los hacen figurar como entregados en su plataforma, lo que complica las cosas con Ali Express que no devuelve el dinero DEBEN IR PRESOS TODOS LOS DIRECTIVOS DE URVAAM!!! LADRONES!!!!

Ich habe auf Amazone eine Kleine Drohne bestellt die durch diesen Lieferant hier transportiert werden soll. Ich habe das Paket NICHT erhalten obwohl dort steht dass es angekommen ist!! Wie ich hier lese bin ich nicht die einzige bei dem das Paket nicht angekommen ist. Lasst lieber die Finger davon!!

En mi caso, el paquete llego a urvaam pero, según el seguimiento, nunca salió de urvaam. Abrí disputa el Aliexpess y la aceptaron con lo que el vendedor se comió el marrón por no usar algo tan fácil como correos, o en el peor de los casos GLS o similar. He aprendido que cuando el vendedor pone que utiliza su propio transporte, el que él decida, es mejor no comprar el producto!!!!. Dos pedidos de la misma semana con seller own shipment no han llegado y me han aceptado las dos disputas. La pregunta es cómo se podría denunciar a este transportista por fraude??????. No es sólo una cuestión de dinero, es por principios.

I received a small package from Yun Express in my mail. The package has 4 very small tent stakes??? Never ordered anything from them. No way to contact them.

No entregan los paquetes (o los roban) y en la web aparecen como entregados a una persona con otro DNI distinto al mío. País: España

I don't understand what all the complaints are on Yun Express's shipping. They are fast and reliable, and this coming from an American buyer who doesn't complain much, my advice to you is just be patient.

Die Lieferung hat 11 Tage gedauert. Das Paket war äußerlich nicht beschädigt und der Inhalt war auch noch ganz. Bestellt habe ich bei K&F CONCEPT.

I got one shirt, it arrive a little bit late it look good but i order 3 items. 2shrit and one rubber shoe hopefully they will send the shirt and rubber shoe together. I'll wait for my shirt and rubber shoe woastuff thank you. I'll wait for my two items i order to be deliver.
