No words. Worst delivery boys. Delivery person switched off the mobile. Not delivered my parcel. Customer care also they say that they raised complaint but did not do so. Loss of money. No values for them

Unprofessional, unresponsive, callous. No maintenance of time. Customer service doesn't work. Consignments delayed without any explanation. Delivery agents respond with 'let me see. Will go today or tomorrow. I have a lot of pressure'. This after receiving out for delivery message. DON'T CHOOSE XPRESSBEES.

This is a wonderful experience I had with your outstanding . As per your last email & commitment my package delivery in next 24 hours but it's more then (24+24)hours how much more time you need to deliver my package. As I see from tracking my package from 6 September reach palampur that is only 10km from my address please see attached picture for your reference. As you mention in your email you can deliver package within 5 working day from the date of placing the order.The tracking number shows that package handover to courier on 2 September (it's 14 days) is 3 times more then your commitment time. Hope you can understand my concern

Trust me I've never faced this kind of experience. My courier of Dot and key has been pending since Sunday! The courier service guy cancelled my service twice in two different occasions mentioning that I am unavailable while I had talked to him. How can you not deliver on two different days is what I don't understand! . How can someone operating this be so dumb? . Damn ya’ll need to shut!
