Banggood 中的订单跟踪很简单,可以通过两种方式完成。

1. 通过Banggood网站/手机应用程序

要在 Banggood 网站或应用程序上跟踪您的订单,请按照以下步骤操作。

步骤 1:
通过访问 Banggood.com 或从 Google Play Store 或 Apple App Store 下载 Banggood 移动应用程序,登录您用于下订单的 Banggood 帐户。

第 2 步:
登录成功后,点击“我的订单”部分。

步骤3:
在下一页上,选择您想要跟踪的订单并点击“详细信息”。

步骤4:
单击“详细信息”后,将显示跟踪号,然后您将其复制并粘贴到提供的字段中。

TrackingMore 是一种在线解决方案,可实现对任何包裹的全球跟踪,无论平台、商家、主机或交付目的地如何。使用 TrackingMore,您无需登录您的 Banggood 帐户即可跟踪您的订单。步骤如下。

前往TrackingMore官方网站。

在提供的字段中粘贴或输入您的 Banggood 订单跟踪号。

步骤3:
点击“追踪”。

您的订单信息将显示在后续页面,为您提供订单在交付周期内的进度的准确详细信息。

如何取消Banggood订单?

如果您决定取消已在 Banggood 平台上下的订单,只需转到“我的帐户”>“查看订单”>“申请退款”即可轻松完成。请注意,只有当订单状态为“处理中”、“准备处理”或“延期交货”时,才能在 Banggood 中取消订单。

如果订单状态标记为“已发货”,即卖家已发货,您无法立即取消订单。您必须联系 Banggood,并在请求中附上“订单和税费 - 取消/编辑此订单”标签。

Banggood 订单需要多长时间?

您的Banggood订单最早可在2天(海外仓库)或8天(中国仓库)内以及处理后60天内到达。通常,交货时间在很大程度上取决于配送仓库的位置和包裹的目的地。

Banggood 在北美、欧洲、澳大利亚和亚洲设有仓库,这使得公司能够更快、更有效地处理和运送中国境外的货物。

Banggood 规定,中国仓库发货需等待 60 天,海外仓库发货需等待 30 天。不过,您在订购时应始终参考产品页面,因为商家通常会提供预计发货时间。
