如果订单状态标记为“已发货”,即卖家已发货,您无法立即取消订单。您必须联系 Banggood,并在请求中附上“订单和税费 - 取消/编辑此订单”标签。
您的Banggood订单最早可在2天(海外仓库)或8天(中国仓库)内以及处理后60天内到达。通常,交货时间在很大程度上取决于配送仓库的位置和包裹的目的地。
Banggood 在北美、欧洲、澳大利亚和亚洲设有仓库,这使得公司能够更快、更有效地处理和运送中国境外的货物。
Banggood 规定,中国仓库发货需等待 60 天,海外仓库发货需等待 30 天。不过,您在订购时应始终参考产品页面,因为商家通常会提供预计发货时间。
