How to Track eBay Order on TrackingMore?

Fill in the tracking number of the item you want to track in the field provided.

Click on the "Track" button.

Once this is done, your order details will be displayed on the next page, showing you the current status of your package, including its location and carrier.

How to Track eBay Orders without an Account?

If you bought an item as a guest on eBay (meaning you did not open an eBay account before purchasing, you will need the order confirmation number that was sent to the email address that you provided at checkout.

An eBay Guest Order confirmation email was sent to you with the subject line "Order Confirmed."

Here are the steps to track it below.

Step 1:
Locate the guest order confirmation email in your inbox and click on it.

Step 2:
Select the "View Order Details" tab.

Step 3:
Click on "Show shipping details."

On doing that, you will see a delivery status bar displaying the delivery company, tracking number, and the package's current location.

If you do not see the tracking details, you can click on "Contact Seller" on the "Order Details" page and ask the seller to upload the tracking number.

How to Cancel an eBay Order?

If the order was placed in the last hour and hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by:

  1. Go to the "Purchase History" tab in your account.

  2. Select the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click the "More actions" dropdown and choose "Cancel the order."

  4. Click "Submit."

eBay will send a cancellation request to the seller, who has up to 3 days to approve or decline the request. If the seller approves, eBay will cancel the order.

If the order was placed more than 1 hour ago and you want to cancel, please:

  1. Go to the "Purchase History" tab and select the order you want to cancel.

  2. Click the "More actions" dropdown and choose "Contact seller."

  3. Tell the seller why you want to cancel.

If the seller declines or has already shipped the order, you'll need to wait for the product to arrive and then request a return.

How Long Does an eBay Order Take?

Generally, eBay order delivery takes anything between 3 days to 30 days. However, the delivery period varies and depends on a number of factors.

  • Handling and Order Time: Sellers state how long they require to package an item and send it for shopping. It could take anywhere from the same day to about 30 business days from when you placed the order. If you place the order late in the day or during the weekend, your handling time may be extended.
  • Courier or Shipping Services: You can choose from the variety of shipping services offered by the seller, knowing that certain services are faster than others. You can also see the estimated delivery time for each service.
  • Shipping Destination: The location where the package has to travel is an important determining factor as well. If the item has to travel overseas or within a city or rural community, that will determine how fast you get your package as well.
  • Payment Clearance: The faster your payment is cleared, the faster your item is sent for shipping. Sellers will not release products for shipping if your payment has not been confirmed or you are encountering any difficulties paying.

Do note that weekends and public holidays are excluded when calculating the estimated shipping days. If you need to get your item urgently, check if your seller offers express delivery.

How to Return an eBay Order?

If your item is delivered damaged, does not correspond with what was listed, or is wrong altogether, you can request a return even if the seller does not have a return policy because you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. If you simply changed your mind, you would have to ask the seller if they would accept a return.

Here are the steps to take.

  1. To start a return go to your previous purchases page on your account and select the item you want to return.
  2. After the seller accepts the request, you will have to wait for 3 days while monitoring the return status by clicking "Check your return status".
  3. After the request has been accepted you will be provided with an eBay shipping label to send the package back within a specified timeframe. Ensure you obtain the tracking number when shipping the product back to the seller to avoid shipping issues.
  4. After the seller has received the order, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and you will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Why is My eBay Order Taking so Long?

A number of issues can be responsible for causing your eBay order to be delayed. These issues border around the seller, shipping, and method, and so on. However, you can contact your seller to find out if there are any specific reasons why your order has not been delivered or even contact eBay support.

Do note that you can add, update, or delete shipping addresses and your primary shipping address in the "Addresses" section of the "My eBay" account.
