How to Track GearBest Order

You can easily reach your GearBest order by using the GearBest website or a third-party tracking solution like TrackingMore.

1. Using GearBest Website

Step 1:
Log in to your GearBest account on gearbest.com.

Step 2:
Simply go to the "My Orders" section and click on the order you want to track.

Then details about your order will be displayed on the next page.

2. Using TrackingMore

Step 1:
Go to the TrackingMore's order tracking page.

Step 2:
Fill in the GearBest tracking number that was sent to you via email in the field provided and click "Track."

Then details about your order will be displayed on the next page.

How to Cancel GearBest Order

If, for any reason, you decide to change your mind about a purchase, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

  1. To do this, follow these steps:
  2. Go to the "My Orders" section of your account.
  3. Locate the item you want to cancel.
  4. Click "cancel" under the "Continue to pay" tab and follow the instructions.

This shipping method takes up to 15 - 30 business days and is a free service, meaning it comes with free delivery, so if you have some time to spare and do not mind waiting for two weeks or more, Unregistered Air Mail is ideal for you, plus you get to save some extra money on shipping costs, but it does not offer tracking all the way from China to your country.

2. Registered Air Mail
This shipping method is slightly different from Unregistered Air Mail in that it incorporates the postal service of the destination country, like USPS, ePacket, China Post, and so on, and it offers tracking services all the way to your country. Like Unregistered Air Mail, it takes 15 - 30 days but costs $1.96 per 0.8 kg**.

3. Priority Line
This is a faster service than the previous shipping methods, it takes 7 - 12 business days and can reach most countries in Europe, North America, Upper Asia, and Central China. It uses shipping services like DHL, Alljoy, and so on, depending on the destination country, and it offers tracking all the way down to the destination country. However, it is not a free service and a package of 0.14 kg will cost $0.34.

4. Expedited Shipping
This is the fastest shipping method offered by GearBest. It ships to many major destinations, and the delivery period is 3 - 7 business days. It makes use of shipping services like FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express. It is not a free service, and a package weighing 0.14 kg will cost $35.83 to ship. It is a shipping favorite because of its quick delivery rate.

These two play a major role in determining the delivery time and shipping cost for your GearBest order.
