To track your LightInTheBox package go to your account and click on "My Orders" on the site. Here you can see all your orders and find the tracking info. Click on the order you want and the tracking info will show up.

Most of our products can be canceled for a full refund up until they are shipped. If your order status is Draft or Pending, you can easily delete or cancel it. If your order status is "Processing," you can cancel it by selecting "cancel this order." Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
