You can track your ROMWE orders using two ways.
The first way you can track your ROMWE order is by using the website. You'll need the tracking number of your order, which is found on the order page.
Then your parcel will be tracked, and additional information will be provided, such as delivery time and the parcel's precise location.
A typical ROMWE package's tracking number is 15 characters long, and it contains letters and numbers. Each order has an associated tracking number. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped.
Additionally, you can use TrackingMore, a third-party tracking tool, to keep track of your orders.
Follow the steps below to use TrackingMore:
ROMWE orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the orders have been sent, they cannot be canceled.
You can cancel your COD ROMWE orders within six hours of placing them.
Unpaid orders can only be canceled by the customer in the following steps.
The discount or points assigned to the unpaid order will be returned to your ROMWE account following cancellation, and it can still be used.
Prepaid orders may only be canceled before payment by ROMWE. It is also worth noting that an order cannot be canceled once you have received the shipment notification mail.
Once you place an order with ROMWE, the processing time typically takes 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, the estimated shipping times are as follows.
Standard Shipping: 10 to 28 business days
Fast Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
ROMWE offers a 10% discount for registered students and provides free delivery on orders over $49. Shipping is conducted from various warehouses around the world, including locations in Europe, the USA, and China. Since most inventory is held in China, some items may take longer to ship, but there are no extra fees for this.
Orders are dispatched from the warehouse closest to the final destination based on stock availability. It's possible to receive multiple parcels for a single order.
Please note that shipping time does not include the 3 to 7 business days required for processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s speed. Delays could occur due to factors like invalid addresses or customs clearance issues. If your order takes longer to process than expected, you will receive an email notification.
