如何追踪ROMWE订单?

拥有注册账户的客户可以轻松追踪他们的订单。

您可以使用两种方式追踪您的ROMWE订单。

1. 在 ROMWE 网站上跟踪

跟踪 ROMWE 订单的第一种方法是使用网站。您需要订单的跟踪号,该号码位于订单页面上。

  1. 转到“我的帐户”。
  2. 登录您的 ROMWE 帐户。
  3. 转到“我的订单”。
  4. 点击“查看详情”。如果您的订单已发货,您将收到一封通知电子邮件。邮件中将包含您的跟踪号码。
  5. 选择“跟踪”,然后在当前页面顶部的搜索框中输入您的跟踪号。

然后您的包裹将被追踪,并提供其他信息,例如交货时间和包裹的精确位置。

典型的 ROMWE 包裹的跟踪号长度为 15 个字符,包含字母和数字。每个订单都有一个关联的跟踪号。您的订单发货后,将发送电子邮件通知。

2. 使用第三方工具跟踪 - TrackingMore

此外,您还可以使用第三方跟踪工具TrackingMore来跟踪您的订单。

请按照以下步骤使用 TrackingMore:

  1. 访问TrackingMore的订单跟踪页面
  2. 输入电子邮件中提供给您的跟踪号。
  3. 点击“跟踪”按钮。

如何取消ROMWE订单?

ROMWE 订单只能在发货前取消。订单一旦发出,就无法取消。

您可以在下单后六小时内取消 COD ROMWE 订单。

  1. 登录您的ROMWE帐户。
  2. 找到“我的订单”并选择您下达的正确订单。
  3. 选择“取消”。

未付款的订单只能由客户按照以下步骤取消。

  1. 登录您的ROMWE帐户。
  2. 找到“我的订单”并选择您下达的正确订单。
  3. 选择“取消”。

未付订单的折扣或积分将在取消后退还到您的ROMWE帐户,并且仍然可以使用。

预付订单只能在ROMWE付款前取消。还值得注意的是,一旦收到发货通知邮件,订单就无法取消。

ROMWE 订单需要多长时间?

您在 ROMWE 下订单后,处理时间通常需要 3 到 7 个工作日(周末和公共假日除外)。处理后,预计运输时间如下。

  • 标准配送:10 至 28 个工作日

  • 快速送货:2 至 4 个工作日

ROMWE 为注册学生提供 10% 折扣,订单金额超过 49 美元提供免费送货服务。发货地点位于世界各地,包括欧洲、美国和中国。由于大多数库存都存放在中国,因此有些商品可能需要更长时间才能发货,但无需支付额外费用。

根据库存情况,订单将从距离最终目的地最近的仓库发货。一个订单可能会收到多个包裹。

请注意,运输时间不包括处理订单所需的 3 到 7 个工作日。运输时间可能因您的位置和快递速度而异。由于地址无效或海关清关问题等因素,可能会发生延误。如果您的订单处理时间比预期的要长,您将收到电子邮件通知。
